LA-based, singer/songwriters, Tapia Corel and Jim Rhodes have been performing together as since 2009. They recently simplified their name from Partners 'n Crime, to Partners, deciding that simple is much better, and easier to remember.
With a special vocal blend is reminiscent of those who share the same DNA (think Everly Bro's and The Judds), as well as a chemistry that radiates throughout their work and performance, you will leave smiling as you depart any of their shows. Partners' music chronicles the bumps, bruises. disappointments, bad decisions and joys of traveling one's own road, through a mix of tempos, styles and unexpected turns of phrase and melody.
Recent performances include MacLeod's Brewery in Van Nuys, the Main Stage at the Dia De Los Muertos Festival in Lake Elsinore, California, La Rebelde Winery, and monthly appearances at Cody Bryant's Viva Cantina with The Melrose Music Review.
